Job summary

LEO Pharma, a global leader in medical dermatology with Danish roots, is seeking a Global Rewards Partner to shape how we reward talent across our organization. You will advise HR and leaders on base pay, incentives, benefits principles and grading, driving fair and competitive decisions.

You will collaborate with global Rewards process owners and the broader HR team to design and implement rewards frameworks, conduct market analyses, and ensure governance and consistency across functions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, finance, economics, psychology or related field.
• 5+ years in rewards, compensation, benefits, total rewards consulting, or HR advisory in a multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, incentives and job architecture.
• Experience translating business needs into practical rewards solutions as an advisor/partner.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; familiarity with HR systems and compensation tools.
• Collaborative mindset balancing global standards with pragmatic solutions when business needs require it.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and leaders on base pay, incentives, benefits principles, grading, benchmarking, and pay equity.
• Translate business challenges into rewards recommendations balancing engagement, affordability, fairness.
• Collaborate to design, improve, and implement rewards frameworks, policies, tools, and annual review processes.
• Conduct market/internal analyses to assess competitiveness and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive governance and consistency in rewards decisions with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll and other stakeholders.
• Support and drive global rewards projects with the Global Rewards team and HR colleagues.
