Job summary

Fiskars Group, Vita Brands, is seeking a PMO Manager to drive operational excellence across our global manufacturing footprint. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 4-7+ years in manufacturing ops, operational excellence, PMO, or transformation roles.
• Proficient in project management and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Skilled in governance, risk, and dependency management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project portfolio across strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional global projects from planning through execution and implementation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation in collaboration with O&T Finance, Legal, and local stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across global manufacturing sites, identifying productivity opportunities and supporting cost reduction while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery performance.
• Develop project management standards, templates, and tools to improve execution, and implement standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices.
• Ensure alignment between global, regional, and site-level priorities across functions, supporting change management and stakeholder engagement during transformation programs.
