As Senior Manager, Rewards, you will lead and execute compensation and benefits operations across Vita Brands in a global matrix environment. This is a hands-on role for an experienced rewards professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are effective, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
You’ll shape reward practices, support transformation, and enable performance-driven decisions. Success involves navigating diverse stakeholders and balancing global frameworks with specific business needs, all backed by strong analytical and financial insights.
Operating within a larger group, you will play a critical role in simplifying and strengthening reward practices, supporting organizational transformation, and delivering successful annual compensation and incentive cycles.
