Job summary

Fiskars Group Vita Brands seeks a Senior Manager, Rewards to lead compensation and benefits operations across Vita Brands in a global matrix. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, shaping reward practices and ensuring programs are scalable and compliant.

You will influence decisions with strong analytical insights, manage salary reviews and incentive design, and partner with stakeholders across functions to align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional who combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Over four years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within a multinational & matrix organization.
• You have a commercial and business-oriented mindset, combined with pragmatic problem-solving skills, allowing you to excel in complex and changing environments.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in compensation modelling enable you to provide valuable insights and influence decision-making across various functions and leadership levels.
• You have experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
• Strong understanding of compensation compliance, pay transparency, and regulatory requirements ensures adherence to governance protocols.
• High accountability and resilience drive your adaptable and delivery-focused approach in complex, global settings.

• Support design, implementation and administration of incentive programs that drive performance and align with business objectives.
• Implement global strategies, focusing on seamless employee experience and scalability.
• Manage key processes such as salary reviews and incentive design, ensuring compliance.
• Navigate a complex matrix environment, ensuring consistency with organizational goals.
• Deliver high-quality analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes.
• Oversee benefits programs, balancing competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
