LEO Pharma is seeking a Global Rewards Partner to shape Reward strategies across a global organization. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate needs into pragmatic Rewards solutions, governance, and execution.

This role offers exposure to base pay, incentives, benefits, and job architecture within a Danish-rooted, globally connected company. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and affiliates to drive consistent decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or another relevant field.
  • Significant (+5 years) experience in Rewards, compensation, benefits, total rewards consulting, or HR advisory roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, incentives, benefits fundamentals, job evaluation, and job architecture.
  • Experience translating business needs into practical Rewards solutions within a business advisory or HR partnering context.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including experience with HR systems, compensation tools, survey platforms, and Mercer IPE or similar methods.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Rewards advisor to HR and business leaders across broad topics such as base pay, incentives, benefits principles, grading, benchmarking, pay equity, performance management and recognition.
  • Translate business challenges and workforce needs into clear Rewards recommendations that balance engagement, retention, affordability, fairness, governance, and strategic impact.
  • Collaborate with global Rewards process owners to design, improve, and implement Rewards frameworks, policies, tools, and recurring processes such as annual compensation review and job architecture.
  • Conduct market and internal analysis to assess competitiveness and effectiveness of Rewards initiatives, and convert insights into actionable recommendations and decision papers.
  • Drive consistency and governance in Rewards decisions while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and operationally feasible solutions.
  • Support and drive global Rewards projects in collaboration with the Global Rewards team and HR colleagues.

Your role

As Global Rewards Partner, you will partner with business leaders and HR globally to translate business needs, market insights, and Rewards strategy into pragmatic advice, recommendations, and execution support. Working closely with global Rewards process owners and the broader HR organization, you will contribute to the design, governance, communication, and implementation of global Rewards solutions, while helping HR and line managers apply LEO’s Rewards principles consistently.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Act as a trusted Rewards advisor to HR and business leaders across broad topics such as base pay, incentives, benefits principles, grading, benchmarking, pay equity, performance management and recognition

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or another relevant field

Significant (+5 years) experience in Rewards, compensation, benefits, total rewards consulting, or HR advisory roles, preferably in a multinational environment

Experience working in a business advisory or HR partnering context, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Rewards solutions

Your new team

You will join Rewards & Mobility and report to the Head of Rewards and Mobility. The team works closely with the broader HR organization, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Services, and business leaders across functions and affiliates. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and external partners, helping to strengthen a globally connected Rewards function that supports LEO Pharma’s people and business ambitions.

The team is globally spread but closely connected allowing you to have an impact across the full spectrum of Rewards. LEO Pharma is a global company, however, still with a size allowing you to be closely connected and ‘reaching beyond’.
