Job summary

VELUX is seeking an experienced Global Quality Specialist in Mechatronics/Electronics to bridge Product Development and our global supply chain. You will lead quality activities across NPL and Engineering Change teams, ensuring quality is embedded from concept through industrialisation to stable operations.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Operations in a matrix organisation, driving holistic quality and continuous improvements across the value chain in Denmark.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electronics/mechatronics or related field.
• Experience driving quality in complex projects.
• Experience coordinating activities across a matrix organization.
• Experience with manufacturing and assembly of mechanical/mechatronic components.
• Familiar with ISO standards and APQP methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Quality Lead for the supply chain in NPL and Engineering Change teams, coordinating quality activities from target setting through implementation.
• Ensure a holistic, end-to-end quality approach across the value chain.
• Support Supplier Quality as SME during industrialisation and approvals.
• Drive additional quality improvement initiatives and projects across the organisation.
• Lead resolution of quality issues across supply and production sites.
