Qualifications

• Posiadanie tła technicznego, np. B.Sc. w elektronice, mechatronice, inżynierii produkcyjnej lub pokrewnych.
• Doświadzenie w prowadzeniu jakości w złożonych projektach.
• Doświadczony w zarządzaniu projektami oraz koordynowaniu działań i interesariuszy w organizacji macierzowej.
• Doświadczony w wytwarzaniu i montażu komponentów mechanicznych i/lub mechatronicznych.
• Biegłość w narzędziach i praktykach jakościowych takich jak FMEA, RCA, MSA, metody statystyczne i Six Sigma.
• Znajomość norm ISO i APQP.

Responsibilities

• Pełnienie roli Global Quality Lead dla łańcucha dostaw w projekcie wprowadzania nowego produktu (NPL) i zespołach ds. zmian inżynieryjnych, koordynacja i nadzorowanie działań jakości od wytyczania celów po wdrożenie i usprawnienia.
• Zapewnienie holistycznego, transparentnego podejścia do jakości w całym łańcuchu wartości.
• Wsparcie jakości dostawców jako ekspert ds. procesów/elementów podczas industrializacji i działań zatwierdzających.
• Wspieranie inicjatyw i projektów poprawy jakości w organizacji.
• Napędzanie i wspieranie rozwiązywania problemów jakościowych w dostawach i w produkcji.

Working closely with colleagues across Product Development, Engineering, Operations and Supplier Quality, you will bridge development and supply chain, ensuring quality is embedded from concept through industrialisation and into stable operations in own production as well as at sourcing partnersMore specifically, you will:* Act as the Global Quality Lead for the supply chain in New Product Launch (NPL) and Engineering Change teams, coordinating and driving quality activities from target setting through implementation and improvements.* Ensure a holistic, transparent, and end-to-end approach to quality throughout the value chain.* Support Supplier Quality as a Process/Part Subject Matter Expert during industrialisation and approval activities.* Support additional quality improvement initiatives and projects across the organisation.* Drive and support the resolution of quality issues across supply and production companies.**What you will bring**As a person, you are collaborative and engaged, with a structured and persistent approach to your work. You are a curious problem-solver with a good sense of humor and a strong drive to see things through. You thrive in a matrix organisation, balancing multiple priorities while building strong relationships and securing commitment across functions.
