Job summary

Velux Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Experienced Global Quality Specialist to bridge Product Development and our global supply chain. You will ensure quality from concept through industrialisation and into stable operations in our own production and at sourcing partners.

You will lead quality activities for NPL and Engineering Change, collaborating across Product Development, Engineering, Operations and Supplier Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Production Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience driving quality in complex projects.
• Experience in project management across a matrix organisation.
• Experience with manufacturing/assembly of mechanical/mechatronic components.
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, RCA, MSA, Six Sigma) and ISO/APQP.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Quality Lead for the supply chain in New Product Launch and Engineering Change teams, coordinating quality activities.
• Ensure a holistic, end-to-end approach to quality throughout the value chain.
• Support Supplier Quality during industrialisation and approval activities.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across the organisation and resolve quality issues across supply and production.
