Job summary

VELUX Group is looking for an Industrial Engineering Manager for their Skjern location. In this key role, you will lead a team of about 10 engineers to drive process excellence and implement new technologies. The ideal candidate possesses an engineering degree, strong leadership skills, and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Your responsibilities include leading engineering projects, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Fluent English and Danish skills are required for this position in an international environment.

• Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
