Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive cross‑functional, multi‑site projects in electronics manufacturing. You will bridge product development, technology, and production, ensuring robust, scalable factory setups and timely execution across our global network.

In this role you will lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and logistics. Strong English communication is essential, Danish is a plus, and some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Hold a technical degree.
• Several years of practical project management experience in a technical environment with multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning and coordination skills; comfortable delegating and following up.
• Solid technical insight; experience in electronic manufacturing is an advantage.
• Excellent English, written and spoken — Danish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and coordinate project activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics.
• Drive development and implementation projects across Danish and international factories.
• Guide and motivate project teams for alignment, progress, and timely delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, mitigation planning, and follow-up on project activities.
• Build commitment through clear communication, involvement, and feedback.
• Prepare budgets, resource requirements, investment analyses, and business cases.
• Collaborate with product development to ensure Design for Manufacturing principles.
• Support ramp up and transfer of manufacturing setups to other production sites.
• Travel internationally 10–20 days per year, mainly within Europe.
