Job summary

Velux Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead development and implementation of production technologies across our global factory network. You will work across Electronics and manufacturing teams to ensure robust, scalable production setups and timely product launches.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and Production, manage budgets, and ensure Design for Manufacturing principles. International travel required 10–20 days per year.

Qualifications

• Hold a technical degree and strong project management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics.
• Lead development and implementation projects across Danish and international factories.
• Mentor project teams, ensure alignment, progress, and timely delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow-up on action items.
• Support design for manufacturing and transfer of setups across sites.
• Travel internationally ~10–20 days per year (mostly Europe).
