• Minimum 5 years in quality, food safety and/or manufacturing in an international company.
• Experience leading and engaging a skilled team across functions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key customers and translate requirements into business actions.
• Lead the Business Quality Management Team and coordinate customer audits with sites.
• Advise commercial and operations leadership on food safety and quality risks in decisions.
• Drive strategic QEHS initiatives and manage interdependencies to support growth.
• Represent Arla Foods Ingredients in international technical forums and partnerships.
