Responsibilities

• Leading, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Coordinators, ensuring engagement and performance.
• Managing and prioritising daily operations, including handling escalations and complex customer cases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes, data quality, and ways of working.
• Take an active role in daily operations through responsibility of selected customers.
