Job summary

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI), part of the Arla Foods Group, seeks a Senior Sales Supporter to bolster a global sales team serving early life and specialised nutrition customers. You will support account managers, drive CRM/ERP activities, and coordinate data management across functions in a multinational matrix environment.

The role requires several years in sales support or commercial administration, strong organisational skills, and fluent English. Interviews will be conducted continuously.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial administration or a similar role.
• Experience across different business systems, preferably CRM and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage a broad range of tasks without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams with customer-related activities, proactively identifying where your support can add value.
• Handle customer requests relating to documentation, samples, stock levels, order deviations and product information.
• Support CRM activities, including opportunities, quotations, contracts, customer contacts, and sample management.
• Create and maintain customer master data and support account setup processes.
• Manage customer complaints in close cooperation with Quality and Regulatory colleagues.
• Support forecasting activities and act as a key user of business systems such as IBP and CRM.
• Prepare invoices, sales reports and customer-related analyses, while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
