Arla Foods Ingredients is seeking a Team Leader for Customer Care (Overseas) to lead a team of Logistics Coordinators responsible for global order-to-delivery processes. You will balance people leadership with hands-on operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes developing others, driving improvements, and coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to deliver excellent service to overseas markets.

Are you ready to take the next step into leadership while staying close to operations in a global logistics setup? We are looking for a Team Leader for Customer Care (Overseas) to lead a team of skilled Logistics Coordinators handling global order-to-delivery processes. This is a unique opportunity to combine people leadership with hands‑on operational responsibility in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.

How you will make an impact

This role is part of Customer Care within the Commercial business area, where you will lead a team of Logistic Coordinators responsible for managing order-to-delivery processes and customercommunication for overseas markets.

You will balance operational execution with people leadership, ensuring high service quality while developing your team and driving continuous improvements. You will play a key role in coordinating across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Your main responsibility will include

• Leading, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Coordinators, ensuring engagement and performance
• Managing and prioritizing daily operations, including handling escalations and complex customer cases
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Drive continuous improvements in processes, data quality, and ways of working
• Take an active role in daily operations through responsibility of selected customers

Ideally, you bring a few years of relevant experience and are ready to take the next step in your leadership journey.
