Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Head of Pricing, Product Packaging & Governance to shape pricing across our software and services portfolio. You will drive frameworks, discounts, and governance while partnering with Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership to maximize customer value and profitable growth.

You will lead pricing analytics, enable commercial agility, and establish scalable processes across regions, ensuring consistency and long‑term value for the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, Deal Governance, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global pricing and product packaging strategy across products, solutions, and services.
• Govern pricing frameworks, discount policies, approval processes, and commercial standards.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to align pricing with profitability targets.
• Deliver pricing insights and performance analytics to inform decisions.
• Advise on complex opportunities, guiding deal structuring across regions.
• Improve pricing tools, governance processes, and enablement programs for scalable growth.
