Palsgaard is seeking a Head of Product Management to lead the global product management function, align the portfolio with strategy, pricing and technical robustness. You will secure portfolio governance, drive complexity reduction and ensure product strategies are delivered across the organization.

You will manage a team, own category roadmaps, supervise lifecycle management and collaborate with Q/A, Innovation, Supply Chain and Commercial Development to secure profitable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in global product management.
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients or related B2B markets.
• Proven track record in portfolio governance and lifecycle management.

• Lead and develop the global Product Management team (technical + commercial).

• Drive SKU rationalization aligned with market strategies and complexity management.

• Chair portfolio reviews and lifecycle management meetings.
