Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Commercial Excellence Director to drive pricing excellence, margin optimization, and robust commercial governance across Europe. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to unlock growth through value-based pricing, configurators and PriceFX tooling, while leading Value Plus initiatives and ensuring disciplined pipeline management.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Sales, Commercial or Controlling roles, with a proven track record of leading sales teams, driving commercial strategy and delivering sustainable business growth.
Fluent English and other European language preferred
Strong ability to manage in a cross-cultural, matrix organization

Responsibilities

Grow the business by partnering with Sales, Marketing and Leadership to identify, prioritize and execute commercial opportunities.
Lead pricing strategy, governance, and tools to optimize pricing performance and enable growth.
Drive margin improvement and Value Plus initiatives across sites and customers.
Maintain pipeline governance, data quality and effective commercial processes.
