The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Requirement to Inventory is accountable for the design, standardization, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of Ambu's global end-to-end Requirement to Inventory process. The role serves as the enterprise authority for how the process should operate across the organization, ensuring alignment, consistency, and scalability across regions, business units, and functions. The GPO has final decision authority for global process design, standards, business rules, controls, and high-level ways of working within the Requirement to Inventory domain. The role owns the global process governance framework, process performance expectations, KPI structure, and continuous improvement roadmap. Working closely with Global Business Owners, Global Process Leads, IT, and business stakeholders, the GPO ensures that ERP capabilities, solution designs, and business requirements remain aligned with approved global standards while balancing justified operational, regulatory, supplier, and local business requirements. The role is responsible for safeguarding end-to-end process integrity and ensuring sustainable process ownership beyond programme completion.
