Job summary

Ambu A/S in Denmark is seeking a Technical Workstream Lead for Procure to Pay to own the technical backbone of the workstream. You will co-lead with the Business Workstream Lead/GPO, ensure process-system alignment, and drive architecture, integrations, data migration and compliant delivery across ERP, QMS, PLM platforms.

The role requires deep technical ownership, CI/CD, environment strategy, and strong English communication, with travel across Ambu’s footprint.

Qualifications

• End-to-end technical owner for one workstream.
• Lead architecture, integrations, data migration, and release management.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: performance, security, privacy, SoD, and CSV compliance.
• Collaborate with GPOs/GPLs and PMO on stage gates and dependencies.
• Willingness to travel across Ambu footprint.

Responsibilities

• Governance for the workstream and decision-ready design.
• Design, build, environments, and release engineering.
• Plan data migration and cutover steps.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance.
• Delivery orchestration and hyper-care.
• Coordinate with internal platform teams and external vendors.
• Partner with global stakeholders to align scope and adoption.
