Job summary

Blue Ocean Robotics is looking for an Account Director to drive the global adoption of the UVD Robot Pharma solution in pharmaceutical and biomanufacturing environments. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic accounts, and engage with stakeholders across various departments.

This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the pharma sector, and a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. The position is field-based with a preference for candidates residing in Denmark.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences.
• Proven track record in selling capital equipment, automation, or GMP-relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, cleanroom environments, and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic global accounts driving revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic global customers in the pharma segment.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
