Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive Denmark's service growth by building long-term customer relationships and delivering high‑value HVAC service solutions. You will identify service opportunities, prepare proposals, and support customers technically and commercially to ensure a seamless experience.

We expect an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong background in industrial environments, with a technical degree and proficiency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B service or technical equipment sales, ideally in industrial environments.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English.
• Technical degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy/Aeronautical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftersales business by building long-term customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and prepare service proposals, present solutions to customers and lead negotiations.
• Sell Trane’s whole portfolio of service offering including maintenance agreements, start-ups, digital services, retrofits, replacements.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring comprehensive and professional service.
• Build trust and maintain high service quality in all customer interactions.
• Conduct site visits, when necessary, which may include outdoor and mechanical/equipment room environments.
• Report key sales metrics regularly and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate project scoping, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and service.
• Achieve the service sales targets and other business development goals.
