Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Network Engineering Lead to guide a team of Network Engineers across global operations. You will coordinate escalations, drive alignment with global standards, and manage regional network risks and suppliers.

The role focuses on enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN, automation, and collaboration with Product, Architecture, and Cyber Security to deliver resilient network services with high availability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading network engineering teams in large enterprises or service providers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise LAN/WLAN/WAN/SD-WAN architecture and security.
• Experience delivering network services across geographically distributed sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Network Engineers and Senior Network Engineers, setting priorities and performance expectations.
• Coordinate technical escalations and major incident responses with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Cyber Security to ensure alignment with global standards and security controls.
• Manage regional network risks, capacity, resilience, and supplier relationships, reporting delivery progress.
