Job summary

Maersk is seeking a senior Network Engineering Lead to guide a global team responsible for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and NFV services across regional sites. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and continuous improvement in a large enterprise environment.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, and Cyber Security to ensure alignment with global standards while driving automation and service enhancements across the network estate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading network engineering teams in a large enterprise or service provider.
• Strong understanding of enterprise LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN technologies, with emphasis on reliability and security.
• Experience in managing incidents, escalations, root-cause analyses, and service improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Network Engineers and Senior Network Engineers.
• Oversee delivery and operation of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and NFV services across regional sites.
• Coordinate escalations and major incidents with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Drive automation, platform standardisation, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Cyber Security to align with global standards.
