Job summary

DFDS, based at our Taulov logistics site, seeks an Administration Specialist to join the Quality & Compliance team. You will administer the Haulage Compliance Audit program, support quality processes across Danish locations, and contribute to QEHS audits in line with IFS/ISO standards.

You will report to the Global Director Health, Safety & Security and collaborate with internal stakeholders; Danish and English proficiency is essential. On-site presence is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Haulage Compliance Audit program on a daily basis, including interaction with external suppliers, follow‑up with internal stakeholders, planning and reporting
• Support the Quality Specialists in managing and controlling quality processes and food safety across DFDS’ Danish storage, transportation and office locations
• Participate in regular QEHS audits and inspections of both internal locations as well as 3rd party partners as specified by the IFS/ISO standards
• Track and follow‑up on non‑conformances from the conducted audits and inspections in close collaboration with QEHS Experts
• Conduct internal audits of operational sites
• Participate in developing training material and facilitate training sessions
