Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a specialist to own the global DG and HazMat compliance framework. You will train our network of 150+ trained personnel, advise leadership on regulatory matters, and help integrate new policies across road, air, sea, and internal IT systems.

A multinational background and ability to translate complex regulations into practical actions are essential. Locally based in Denmark, with opportunities to shape strategic decisions during ongoing integration

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with DG and HazMat in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of international DG regulations (IATA DGR, IMDG Code, ADR, RID).
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise colleagues worldwide on DG/HazMat handling and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and deliver role-based online training for DG Competent Persons and related roles.
• Collaborate with Legal to understand contractual consequences of new policies on DG/HazMat.
• Collaborate with Global IT and external suppliers to optimise IT setup and potentially own applications.
• Regularly update policies and use data to drive improvements and minimise risks.
