Job summary

DSV is seeking a senior professional to own global DG and HazMat requirements across road, air, sea and operations, based in Denmark. You will train our 150+ Dangerous Goods Competent Persons and partner with Legal and Global IT to align policies with DB Schenker integration and new standards.

You will translate complex regulations into practical guidance, advise colleagues worldwide, and continuously update policies while driving risk reduction and knowledge sharing across locations.

Qualifications

• Several years of DG/HazMat experience in a multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of international DG regulations (IATA DGR, IMDG Code, ADR, RID).
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Advise colleagues worldwide on handling specific goods and knowledge sharing across locations.
• Develop, update and deliver role-based online training for Dangerous Goods Competent Persons.
• Collaborate with Legal to understand the commercial and contractual consequences of new policies.
• Collaborate with Global IT and external suppliers to shape the IT setup and possibly own the applications.
• Continuously update policies and use data to drive improvements and minimise risks.
