Job summary

DFDS seeks an Excellence & Engagement Manager in the Global Health, Safety & Security Team to shape and drive a new global HSS program. You will deploy group-wide initiatives, improve the HSS culture, and anchor safe behaviors across landside operations.

You will report to the Global Director HSS and be based at the Copenhagen HQ with on-site presence. Strong leadership, communication and change management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, organizational development, safety or security management.
• 5+ years in safety or security within a global or matrixed org.
• Experience in shipping, logistics or industrial sectors desirable.
• Strong knowledge of safety/security culture and org behavior.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Change management knowledge; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Proficient English (oral and written) and MS 365; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and monitor global HSS initiatives.
• Build global HSS culture-building activities and engagement programs.
• Maintain and improve HSSEQ Management System.
• Develop and implement a Managers Toolkit on HSS.
• Manage Performance Monitoring and Improvement with HSS partners.
• Coordinate organizational learning on HSS and translate learnings into improvements.
• Support leadership in applying HSS frameworks and standards.
• Build relationships with leaders, HSS teams and stakeholders.
