Job summary

ALK is a global Danish pharmaceutical company specializing in allergy treatment. We are seeking an IT Supporter to deliver reliable technical assistance, set up devices, and keep workplace technology running smoothly.

You will handle incidents via phone, email, ServiceNow, and in person, document work, and assist with onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and GMP documentation. Fluent Danish and English are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or service desk experience in a Microsoft environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID/Intune.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and requests from colleagues by phone, email, ServiceNow and in person.
• Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, accounts and software.
• Prepare equipment and access for onboarding and offboarding.
• Document work in ServiceNow and escalate complex issues to the right team.
• Support IT asset management and routine maintenance.
• Maintain GMP documentation for your area and support production-site IT as needed.
