Job summary

Hamamatsu Photonics A/S is seeking an IT Supporter to be the first point of contact for employees across offices in Denmark and abroad. You will manage requests in Jira, provide hands-on tech support, and assist onboarding and offboarding, with on-site and remote deployments in a hybrid IT environment.

The role requires strong Windows 10/11 knowledge, experience with Microsoft 365, and excellent communication in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT education and/or professional experience within IT support
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
• Experience working in hybrid IT environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• A service-minded approach and strong customer support skills
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical users
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, or software deployment solutions will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritising IT support requests through Jira
• Providing hands-on technical support to employees
• Supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Delivering IT support both on-site and remotely
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware
• Preparing and deploying equipment for new employees
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and user-related issues
• Building, maintaining, and deploying Windows 10/11 images
• Packaging and distributing software
• Maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Creating and updating technical documentation and procedures
