Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Taastrup, Denmark, seeks an IT Compliance Partner to act as the key compliance expert for Supply Chain IT, strengthening governance, risk management and validation across a global environment to keep production and logistics systems inspection-ready.

You will advise projects on IT governance and regulatory requirements, build a broad compliance network and drive improvements while partnering with senior leaders to balance compliance with business needs.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of IT compliance experience in pharma or regulated IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO, COBIT standards and validation requirements.
• Experience in advisory/consulting roles influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with technical staff and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT compliance partner across Supply Chain IT, providing guidance on governance, risk management, validation and regulatory requirements.
• Drive compliance improvement initiatives, risk reporting and standardized ways of working with stakeholders.
• Support audits and inspections, coordinate remediation plans and address findings effectively.
• Advise projects on IT governance and compliance requirements.
• Build and lead a strong compliance network within Supply Chain IT and ensure alignment with evolving regulations.
