Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an IT Senior Manager to lead an OT IT team supporting production in Kalundborg. You will create structure, establish clear ways of working, and rebuild a stable, capable team to keep manufacturing moving.

You will build and govern an area that connects IT with production continuity, developing KPIs and dashboards, and ensuring reliable services for daily operations. The role is based on-site in Kalundborg.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in production IT and manufacturing environments.
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to build structures, roles, KPIs, and governance in evolving teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of ~8–10 people for daily production operations.
• Build a new team structure with clear roles, responsibilities and ways of working.
• Ensure reliable IT services for production-critical systems across areas.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, follow-up mechanisms and governance.
• Partner with manufacturing for fast incident handling and stable operations.
• Balance short-term demands with long-term organizational structure.
