Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to own global Level 1 support for Research IT, through an external managed-service provider, and to lead cross‑organisational IT projects. You will drive onboarding of the MSP, manage supplier relationships and contracts, and establish consistent incident, problem, change and support processes across global locations.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in senior IT project management or IT service management, ideally in global or complex organisations.
• Experience managing external suppliers, service performance and contract expectations.
• Understanding of IT service-management principles, ITIL knowledge; formal certification advantageous.
• Strong project leadership, facilitation and stakeholder-management across organisational and geographical boundaries.
• Independent, pragmatic working style with strong communication and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation of the MSP, including governance and transition to reliable service delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, escalate issues when needed.
• Establish and improve incident, problem, change and support processes across global Research locations.
• Facilitate IT projects and workstreams with clear plans, risks and scope alignment.
• Lead cross-organisational initiatives and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
