Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark seeks a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary investment projects in a highly regulated drug product manufacturing environment. You will drive initiation to completion, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality and other support functions, manage scope, budgets, risks and governance, and enable reliable production while continuously improving project execution practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, and reporting.
• English communication; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Production, Quality and other support functions.
• Monitor progress, risks, and performance metrics while driving mitigation actions.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and remove barriers to execution.
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and internal processes compliance.
