Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive senior IT project management experience in global or complex organisations.
• Experience managing external suppliers, service performance and contracts.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles; formal certification is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and implementation of the selected managed-service provider, including governance and transition to service delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract expectations, monitor performance and escalate issues.
• Establish and improve incident, problem, change and support processes globally across Research locations.
• Facilitate IT projects/workstreams, align stakeholders, manage risks and ensure delivery against scope and timelines.
• Lead cross-organisational initiatives across geographic boundaries and report progress to senior stakeholders.
