Qualifications

• Master's degree with excellent results.
• 3 years of strategy consulting and project management experience.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly (verbal and written).
• Ambitious, challenge-seeking and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects and manage project teams (2–5 members).
• Collaborate with team and operating partner to maintain momentum, delivery and impact.
• Act as sparring partner on other projects and help shape department strategy.
• Develop department through recruitment and learning & development activities.
