TORM is seeking an IT Coordinator to guide IT governance, project coordination, and operational support across a global business. You will work with Group IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure reliable IT processes and reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, audits, and KPI reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality IT services for our shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with audits, access reviews, and control documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for data analysis, documentation, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT governance documentation and inventories of IT assets and ownership records.
• Coordinate audits, compliance activities, access reviews, and control documentation.
• Support small to medium IT projects by planning, tracking, and reporting progress.
