As Software Engineer (student assistant), you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver efficient and reliable solutions, contributing to TORM’s success in the global shipping industry.
You will be part of an international team which consists of more than twenty dedicated colleagues from Denmark and India. Together, we are responsible for the development and implementation of the next-generation fuel efficiency management system named NEXUS, which will be accessible from all offices, onboard the 97 product tankers managed by TORM as well as TORM employees’ mobile devices.
As student assistant, you will be working as an integrated member of the team, and your areas of responsibility will primarily be related to coding, numerical modelling and data analysis.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer who thrives in a global, collaborative environment and can bring operational and technical expertise to the team.
You should be passionate about doing a great job and always act with your customers’ needs in mind. You are excited to learn and try new things, and you bring your ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is currently in the last year of a BSc or first year of a MSc in a relevant field of study, for example mathematics, physics, computer science or engineering.
