Job summary

TORM A/S is seeking an IT Coordinator to guide IT governance, coordinate projects, and provide operational support across our global business. You will collaborate with Group IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure compliant, reliable IT services and timely reporting.

You will maintain governance documentation, support audits, prepare project plans, track progress, and assist with budgets, invoices, and vendor records. A global, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Education in IT, business administration, engineering, or related field; equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience supporting IT operations, coordination, or governance activities such as documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and ITIL-based processes; audits and control documentation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, data analysis in Excel, and creating documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT policies, governance docs, inventories of IT assets, systems, roles, and ownership records.
• Coordinate audits, compliance activities, access reviews, and control documentation.
• Support small to medium IT projects by planning, tracking, and following up on actions.
• Prepare management reporting, KPIs, presentations, and vendor/contract documentation.
