Job summary

Onomondo is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities through outbound engagement with target accounts, driving top-of-funnel growth and handing over qualified meetings to Account Executives.

Based in Copenhagen HQ, you will spark meaningful conversations, build knowledge of core verticals, and collaborate across teams to refine targeting and messaging in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with ability to prospect and collaborate in English.
• Experience in a BDR/SDR role within complex B2B sales.
• Strong communication and resilience in fast-paced, people-facing environments.
• Track record in cold calling and multi-channel outreach.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc. to generate net-new pipeline.
• Identify and engage ICP prospects across priority verticals and regions.
• Qualify prospects through discovery to assess business needs and fit.
• Build knowledge in core verticals to improve outreach relevance.
• Book meetings and hand opportunities to Account Executive with context.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot: update lead stages and log activities.
• Collaborate with MRAs to refine lists and share market feedback.
