Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an influencer marketer to connect creators with our brands across global campaigns and local markets. You will shape creator strategies, collaborate with internal partners, and build a vibrant creator network to drive impactful, measurable campaigns.

You’ll work within Our LEGO Agency (OLA) to define social strategies, partner with creators, and ensure compliant advertising across markets. This role blends strategy, creativity, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of talent and influencer contract essentials and ad disclosure standards.

Responsibilities

• Define creator strategies for global campaigns and local execution.
• Collaborate across OLA and The LEGO Group to plan and deliver creator campaigns.
• Build and maintain a creator network across audiences and passion points.
• Champion influencer marketing best practices and advise stakeholders on the channel.
• Drive creative effectiveness and ensure measurable, impactful campaigns.
• Brief and manage external partners delivering global influencer projects.
