Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an influencer marketer to connect creators and brands, shaping the role of influencer marketing across audiences and markets. You will plan creator campaigns, collaborate with agency partners, and build a diverse creator network.

You'll work across Our LEGO Agency’s Social Creative and Influencer team, contributing to global strategies while navigating multiple stakeholders and business priorities. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing, with an interest in influencer marketing.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of talent and influencer contract essentials, as well as advertising disclosure standards in multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Define creator strategies for global campaigns and local market execution.
• Collaborate across OLA and the LEGO Group to plan and deliver creator campaigns.
• Build and maintain our creator network across audiences and passions.
• Champion influencer marketing best practices and advise stakeholders on channel use.
• Drive creative effectiveness and ensure campaigns are measurable and improving.
• Brief and manage external partners delivering global influencer projects.
