Job summary

Falck is seeking a Global HRIS Implementation Specialist to drive rollout of PeopleHub across countries. You will participate from requirements and configuration through testing, go-live and ongoing operations, collaborating with Global P&C, Digital Technology, vendors and local teams.

You will shape data migration, training materials and system documentation to enable smooth adoption. Ideal candidates bring HRIS experience, strong Excel/data skills, and a track record in global, multi-country

• Experience with HR systems like HRIS implementations.
• Strong data handling and Excel skills.
• Proven ability to work across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements, configuration support, testing, and go-live for PeopleHub.
• Collaborate with Global P&C, Digital Technology, vendors and partners.
• Map local requirements to global process standards and ensure compliance.
• Validate, cleanse and reconcile data for migration and cutover readiness.
• Create training materials and documentation for users.
• Monitor tasks, dependencies and KPIs; support handover post go-live.
