Job summary

Infosys in Copenhagen, Denmark, seeks a Senior Workday HCM Benefits Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workday Benefits solutions. You will anchor engagement design from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support, collaborating with HR, Payroll, and vendors to deliver scalable benefits solutions.

The role emphasizes benefits plan configuration, eligibility rules, life events, vendor integrations, and reporting while aligning with client policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Workday HCM experience with at least 3 years specializing in Workday Benefits.
• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Workday implementation projects involving Benefits.
• Strong expertise in Workday Benefits and Core HCM.
• Experience configuring Benefit Plans, Events, Eligibility Rules, Coverage Rules, Open Enrollment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with benefits vendor integrations and file transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Benefits implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Configure and maintain: Benefit Plans, Benefit Groups, Eligibility Rules, Enrollment Events, Open Enrollment, Life Event Processing.
• Develop and support Benefits reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Perform impact assessments and support annual Open Enrollment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to enrollments, deductions, life events, eligibility, and vendor feeds.
• Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational benefit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Workday release reviews and adopt new Benefits features.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
