Job summary

Falck is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the IT delivery of PeopleHub, Falck’s global HR platform. You will manage planning, design, country rollouts, go-live and hypercare, coordinating across HR, business and IT teams to ensure alignment with architecture, security and data protection.

You will lead complex, international projects, building relationships with senior stakeholders and driving delivery in a fast-paced, matrix organisation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of IT project leadership across multi-country implementations.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder, budgeting and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery of PeopleHub, from planning to go-live and hypercare.
• Align plans with HR Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Engage senior stakeholders across HR, business and IT.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and explain tech concepts in business language.
• Coordinate delivery across IT teams, country organisations and vendors.
• Plan country rollouts including data migration and testing.
• Oversee governance, reporting, finances, budgeting and forecasting.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure data protection and information security standards are addressed.
• Apply lessons learned to programme planning.
