Job summary

Schneider Electric in Denmark is seeking a proactive HR professional to coordinate global talent management programs, leadership development initiatives and strategic HR projects within the Secure Power Division. You will drive program design and deployment with a focus on future leaders and critical talent pools.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR or Social Sciences.
Experience in HR roles via internships, apprenticeships or professional roles.
Experience living or travelling abroad and enthusiasm for international experience.
Demonstrated interest in talent management, leadership development, and career development.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Talent Management programs and leadership development initiatives.
Deliver people analytics, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
Organize talent development events, including roundtables, workshops, and engagement sessions.
Support HR projects according to business needs and changes in the environment.
