Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Director (m/f/d) Program & Customer Project Office to lead the engine behind our global R&D excellence, guiding a team of 15 Project Managers and IP Consultants as they translate ambitious strategies into real-world solutions.

In this role you will drive cross-functional initiatives across applications, systems and breakthrough technologies, reporting to the Senior Vice President within Solutions & Technology and helping accelerate innovation

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5-10 years of experience in cross-functional project management.
Proven people leadership experience with global teams.
Experience working in matrix organizations with structured problem-solving.
Fluent English; willingness to travel ~20 days per year.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional programs across global teams with clear scope, governance, milestones and on-time delivery.
Provide people leadership to a globally distributed team of Project Managers and IP Consultants.
Enable teams through prioritization, capacity planning and clear ways of working; set direction and remove roadblocks.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the PMO and IP function, championing agile practices and cross-segment collaboration.
Act as strategic connector with stakeholders across Climate Solutions to align priorities and accelerate innovation.
