Job summary

Satair is seeking an HR Business Partner in Copenhagen to support managers and influence business decisions. You will join a five-person team, collaborating with colleagues in Hamburg, Singapore and the US on various HR initiatives.

The role requires at least two years in a complex, international setting, strong Danish employment law knowledge, and fluency in English and Danish. Hybrid work, competitive pay, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as HR Business Partner or similar in a complex, international organization.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law and HR processes.
• Fluent in English and Danish with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on the full HR cycle from hire to retire.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver on people strategies during growth and change.
• Collaborate on global HR projects across sites and functions.
