Job summary

GN Group seeks a Head of HR for Operations, Manufacturing and Quality in Ballerup to partner with senior leaders and shape people strategies across global operations. Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant HR experience in a senior, business-facing role.
• Experience in a complex, international, matrix-based organization.
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Operations and Quality environments.

Responsibilities

• Set the people strategy and priorities for Global Operations, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Advise senior leaders on performance, workforce planning, talent, succession and capability development.
• Oversee Health & Safety agenda for GN Hearing locations.
• Lead and develop a Global HR team supporting manufacturing sites across regions.
• Translate business priorities into concrete people plans and interventions.
• Ensure consistent deployment of global HR processes and policies.
• Guide organizational changes, with local compliance and people-centricity.
• Use data-driven insights to inform forward-looking decisions.
