Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience partnering with senior leaders in multinational organisations.
• Strong business acumen with expertise across organisational design, change management, talent and leadership development.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership translating business strategy into people priorities and driving execution.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Strengthen employee engagement, performance and leadership through data-informed approaches.
• Facilitate organisational reviews to assess performance, potential and future capabilities across functions and geographies.
• Lead organisational change and transformation projects with HR Centres of Expertise.
• Coordinate annual people processes in collaboration with business leaders.
• Contribute to strategic cross-functional HR projects and senior-level recruitment.
• Balance strategic and practical work with strong stakeholder management.
